Nich is a former business management teacher turned entrepreneur turned startup enthusiast. He loves being out of his comfort zone, defining and executing ambitious strategies under changing and uncertain environments. 20 years & an MBA later, he keeps on exploring and learning every day.

Szymon is a passion developer with a "hands on" attitude, keen on working across international teams and mentoring junior developers. He moved to a rural area in Switzerland 2 years ago and claims it's been a life-changing experience! We call him the "Tech Team Whisperer" due to his calm nature & diplomacy!

Japaak is a Software Development Professional with 7+ years of experience in various industries such as Tech, Education, Healthcare and Consulting. He is motivated by the opportunity to work on new challenges and create solutions that will make a difference. Japaak teaches programming languages in his spare time, and wants to inspire high school students from underprivileged areas to become tech savvy and financially set for the future.

Erik has over 20 years of experience in ICT and Software solutions. He's what we would call a "leader with hands-on in both coding and consulting." From cross-platform mobile applications to web and desktop applications. He has fully embraced the hybrid and WFH experience for the last 10 years, and is big on building all-round international teams wherever he goes.

Riccardo is an experienced and highly skilled UX and UI Designer with a knack for making creative digital experiences. He enjoys working with startups and designing minimal, functional apps. He loves food touring in his free time, and brings his puppy into the office on Fridays!

Esther is a passionate and highly skilled digital marketing and operations exec. She's nicknamed as the "lifesaver" in the office, and oversees App&C, as well as client marketing teams. She's a former professional chef and treats us sometimes to her baked treats!

JP has 10+ years experience in digital product management, data analysis, and business strategy.
He has international experience in the UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, France & Mexico and is highly interested in AI, Machine Learning, or Blockchain technologies. He's our company's go-to guy for SCRUM, and for all things team mentoring, nurturing and growing.

David is a Business Analyst with 8+ years' experience. He helps scope, analyse, and validate new FinTech, E-commerce and AI ventures from the ground up. He's highly interested in Data Science and Machine Learning, and is learning his 4th foreign language!

Veronica is an enthusiastic mid-level developer who switched from human languages to programming languages. Her interests are within iOS and Swift. She's an animal lover & volunteers at rescues.
